One of Malaysia’s fastest rising property developers, Avaland Berhad (Avaland), previously MCT Berhad is listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market. Since February 2018, it has been a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc, one of ASEAN’s biggest property players.

Today, Avaland’s developments include Cybersouth, a township covering over 400 acres in Dengkil; high-rise developments at Cyberjaya, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya; luxury residences such as Aetas Damansara in Petaling Jaya as well as its resort living residences at Alira, Subang Jaya.

The strategic acquisition of landbanks around Greater Klang Valley since 2022 has actively expanded our reach. We acquired a 4.02-acre land at Bangi and will make our debut in Kuala Lumpur with the acquisitions of a 1.57-acre land in Seputeh and a 3.9-acre land in Taman Desa.
